Surga11 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the surga11 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the surga11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the surga11 platform.

Use of the surga11 platform is restricted to individuals who:

Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
Is a resident or citizen eligible to use online entertainment services;
Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using services of this nature;
Registering an account for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.

Surga11 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on surga11. Registering duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or accounts using another user's information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. surga11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or delays in withdrawal processing.

You are fully responsible for:

Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
Reviewing any unrecognised activity on your account and reporting it to the surga11 support team promptly;
Ensuring no other party accesses your account without your authorisation.

Surga11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by third parties as a result of the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Surga11 platform users are required to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform;
Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or unintentional display errors;
Fraud, collusion with other users, or manipulation of games in any form;
Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious fund transfers;
Posting unlawful, inflammatory, or harmful content to other users through the surga11 platform.

Surga11 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities and, if confirmed, to forfeit any account balance associated with conduct that violates these rules.

4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the surga11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them personally and not to any third party.

Surga11 supports a range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.

For withdrawal requests, users must meet the following requirements:

The account must be fully identity-verified before the first withdrawal can be processed;
Funds to be withdrawn must originate from valid deposits and permitted gaming activity;
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name;
Processing time depends on the selected payment method and current system conditions.

Surga11 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for accounts under investigation or requiring additional verification. Any transaction fees charged by third parties are beyond surga11's control.

5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Surga11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request from relevant authorities. Users may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting the support team. Any active balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Surga11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from gaming activity, unintentional technical service disruptions, or transaction delays beyond our control. In any circumstance, surga11's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the surga11 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of surga11 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from surga11.

Third-Party Links

The surga11 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. surga11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us

Surga11 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms. Continued use of the surga11 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the surga11 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and where necessary, through the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
